Practical help for Breath Cycle on iPhone.
Tell us what happened and we will help you find a calm, clear next step.
What should I include in a support email?
Include your Breath Cycle version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a brief description of what you expected and what happened. Please do not send health information or anything you would not want included in an email.
How do I restore Breath Cycle Pro?
Open Breath Cycle, then Settings, Breath Cycle Pro, and Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally subscribed.
How do I change or cancel a subscription?
Choose Manage Subscription inside Breath Cycle, or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple manages billing, cancellation, trial eligibility, and refunds.
Where is my session data stored?
Sessions, reflections, calibration, plans, and custom patterns are stored locally on your device. Optional private iCloud backup is available with Pro and remains off until you explicitly enable it.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Settings, then Data. You can export supported local records as JSON and CSV, delete local history, disable private backup, and separately delete existing backup records from your private iCloud database.
Why are sound or haptics not playing?
Check Guidance in Breath Cycle Settings, then check iPhone volume, Focus mode, and system haptic settings. Haptics require supported iPhone hardware and do not work in Simulator.
What can I do if visuals feel slow?
Open Settings, Rendering, then Test Performance. Keep Breath Cycle in the foreground for 30 to 45 seconds and apply the recommendation. Automatic, Metal, and Canvas remain available for manual troubleshooting.
Does Breath Cycle work offline?
Yes. Just Breathe and local session history work without an account or internet connection. Purchases, subscription status refreshes, and private iCloud backup require Apple services and may require a connection.
Which devices are supported?
Breath Cycle 1.0 supports iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch, HealthKit, Breath Cycle accounts, and developer-operated cloud services are not part of version 1.0.
